dynfixed对象支持IDL固定值的操作。因为IDL没有泛型类型可以表示的数字和任意规模的任意数量的固定类型，操作使用IDL字符串类型。

get_value

String get_value()

返回一个dynfixed价值。

set_value

boolean set_value(String val)
           throws TypeMismatch,
                  InvalidValue

套的dynfixed价值。瓦尔字符串必须包含一个固定的字符串常量，在相同的格式，用于IDL定点文字。然而，尾随的D或D是可选的。如果值可以表示为不损失精度的dynfixed返回值为true。如果val具有更多的小数位数可以在dynfixed表示，小数位数截断和返回值是错误的。
